Our beginners’ training is open for every age group, from 16 on. We recommend the training times on Tuesdays 5.30 pm (Aikido), ) and Thursdays 7 pm (see timetable). Moreover, matutinal and free training may be attended. For beginners who don’t dare to performe fallings, the matutinal training (Morning Aikido) is recommended.
Breathing (abdominal breathing, Kokyo), falling (Ukemi), stand, basic Aikido steps and techniques (Tai Sabaki, Irimi, Tenkan), sense of the body in the lower center (Tanden, Dantian) and of the inner axis;

It is not easy to describe Aikido in words, so just try it! We would like to invite you to a free trial lesson. Suitable training times are Tuesdays 6.30 pm and Thursdays 7.30 pm. Just come and join us! Advance registration is not necessary, but may be useful, as training may be delayed. Bring long sport trousers and a t-shirt for clothing, or a Gi (Karate or Judo uniform), if you have. Training is usually barefooted, seldom in socks.
